Garfield, the sarcastic, lasagna-loving cartoon cat is very popular among children from 5 to 12.
My son made Garfield while I made Mr. McGoo right next to him in early August 2024! It was only his second real sand sculpture (after making Patrick from Spongebob a few days earlier).
All I did was a few touch-ups and etch some contrast into it!
Surprisingly, they survived to the next day, although you can see Garfield was damaged when some imbicile sat in between the two sculptures, obviously for a photo and broke off Garfield’s arm. How can people NOT understand that some thing made of sand must not be touched or even stood or sat near???
