Stonehenge is another monument that fascinates nearly everyone. I visited many times when I lived in England and never tired of it.
It’s really not difficult. Although each “stone” looks like a separate block, they are made by the same process; make a solid mound of sand and carve away at it. In this case make a ring of wet sand, like a car tire or giant doughnut, then carve it, gently, including the gaps between “stones”.
